Applications for Mentors in 2016 have now closed. If you are interested in being a Mentor next year, please contact us at and we will get in touch with you when the programme launches again in 2017.

What does it involve?

Being a Mentor is a fantastic opportunity to have a big impact and contribute to your own professional development by giving just a few hours of your time – all without even leaving your desk!

If you are a professional with business expertise, we need you to inspire and encourage the business leaders of the future. We have hundreds of groups of young people from all over the world setting up businesses as part of our School Enterprise Challenge programme and we need the best business minds in the world to help them reach their full potential!

You could be giving marketing suggestions to a tailoring business in Zambia, financial planning expertise to a canteen in India, sales coaching to a jam manufacturing business in Peru or product development advice to a school selling medicinal herbs in Armenia. Sounds exciting? – If you would like more information about this programme please download our Mentoring Information Pack for Mentors 2016.
